Our immigration system is broken
Recent data shows there are more immigrants coming to Australia than expected. We need immigration policy to be adjusted to match Australia's infrastructure capacity.
Research has found that this will affect the housing shortfall of 252,000 families across the nation in one year alone.
Immigration policy should be adapted to align with Australia’s level of public infrastructure.
The system is "so badly broken" it requires a "10-year rebuild". It is not delivering for workers, for businesses, or for Australians. And ultimately, the success of our migration system relies on the backing of the Australian people.
Have you ever stopped to wonder why there is so much strain on infrastructure all across Australia?
It may be because past governments have hindered productivity, preventing us from producing goods that could boost our Gross Domestic Product (GDP). Are we importing people simply to keep our GDP from declining? Or maybe the major parties are bringing in immigrants to boost their own popularity.
Do today's immigrants tend to support the parties that brought them to our country?
It's time for us Aussies to take action and hold these major parties accountable. The power is in your hands to make a change with your vote.
Let's say NO to skyrocketing rent prices and ensure our children can afford homes. By voting out the politicians who have been contributing to this ongoing pressure, we can create a better future for ourselves and our country. Let's make our voices heard at the polls!
